Anuja Thakar is an Associate Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai   office.

Anuja’s practice focuses on real estate and construction. She routinely advices clients on title investigation in respect of various types of lands and premises, drafting and negotiating documents in relation to acquisition, development, construction, sale, leasing of land, commercial and residential premises.

In addition to drafting and negotiations real estate transactional documentation, she also advises on succession planning, trust deeds, wills, family arrangements and partitions.

Her clients include owners, buyers, developers, corporate houses, HNIs and investors.
